EDUCATION OF EMPLOYEES IN TISKÁRNA DIDOT, SPOL. S R.O.

We have taken the opportunity to apply for subsidies from European Union funds for an education project. Thanks to the positive evaluation of our project, we have received financial resources, which we invest in a range of educational activities.

The project runs for a period of 2 years, from summer of 2013 to spring of 2015. The main objective is to increase the level of qualification and skills of our employees in order to make production processes more efficient and to raise competitiveness of the company.

Sub-goals:

1. Increasing machine utilization from current 70% to 80%
2. Reducing machine maintenance costs by as much as 25%
3. Increasing the speed of order processing without expanding the machinery
4. To complement expert knowledge of key employees and on its basis prepare a system of expert and managerial education

Educational activities include all key activity areas of the company and related topics, notably:

• Prepress, printing, bookbinding, packaging
• General printing courses, additional training of internal trainers
• Courses for at-risk target groups, equal opportunities for men and women
